Alice McDermott Lehto

Alice Kathleen McDermott Lehto, 85 of Butte, MT, passed away Sunday December 3^rd in the early morning hours.

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother was born in Sunburst, MT, April 16^th, 1938, to Ruby (Cook) and Phil McDermott.

She married the love of her life Gene Lehto and remained together until his passing in 2017.  They moved to Livingston, MT, in 1990 where they resided for the next happy 30 years!  She was loved by many, enjoyed playing pinochle, bowling, and lunching with her Livingston friends.

Alice is survived by 2 brothers Joe and Fred, sons Gene Lehto and his wife Sharon Lehto, Keith Lehto and wife Nicole Palagi Lehto, daughter Kem Dayton and her husband Russ Dayton, her 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her husband Gene Lehto, son James Lehto and many brothers, sisters, and good friends.

She was a homemaker her entire life and family was everything. She will be missed by all!
