Allyn Wendell Francis, 55, of Livingston, MT passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022. He was doing his most favorite pastime, riding his Harley.
Al was born on August 6, 1966, in Hardin, Montana to Jim and Bonnie Francis. He was raised in Livingston and was a graduate of Park County High class of 1984. After graduation Al joined the United States Navy. He served State side in San Diego, CA as an Electrical-Mechanical Repairman. Once Allyn returned from the service, he worked the area a bit doing jack of all trade’s jobs. He settled into professional driving and did long haul for Bob Boyd for a while then started harvesting and most recently had been working with Fisher Sand and Gravel.
Al was a devoted father, husband, son, and brother. He held his family and friends close to his heart and loved you all dearly.
As we all know his love for his Semi’s came second to the love for his Harley’s.
Al, you left this world too soon, you will be honored as a kind, honest, true to his word, man.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Mary; his son, Matt, both of Livingston; his father and mother, Jim and Bonnie Francis; brother, Gary (Nika) Francis; niece, Bailey Francis; cousins, Justin (Judy) O’Hair, Todd (Melissa) O’Hair, Mike (Milee) Dailey, Bobbi Jo (John) Payne, and many others too numerous to mention.
He was preceded in death be his grandparents; aunt, Genny O’Hair; cousin, Julie O’Hair; and cousin, Colter Dailey.
Al will be buried at Strickland Creek Cemetery in Paradise Valley privately. Veteran’s honors will be presented. A celebration of Al’s life will be held at 5 P.M. on Tuesday, July 5th at the Buckhorn, 5237 Highway 89 South #4; come share stories and support Al’s family.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Park Post #23 American Legion or the Montana Wounded Warriors program, PO Box 5519-Kalispell, MT 59903.
