Anna Opal (Payne) Lynch was born on October 2, 1959 to Shirley (Stiefel) Payne and Richard Payne, Sr., as the baby girl they so wanted. She passed away on October 3, 2020 unexpectedly at the age of 61. She participated in girl scouts and attended local schools. She was also a Rangerette and active with many friends. Anna graduated from Park High School in 1978. She married in 1977 and had a son, Jim Stipp. She later divorced and had her second son John Schaefer. In the 1980s she joined her fathers band "Solid Country." She enjoyed the time spent with her father and brother Dick. She was the drummer and sang with the band. On May 26, 2015 she married Andy Lynch in Livingston. She liked raising chickens, gardening, camping, and spending time with her two grandsons James and Aidan. One other of her favorite things to do was watching Soap Operas, if she could not watch the Young and Restless, she recorded it.She is survived by her husband, Andy Lynch; mother, Shirley Y. Payne, with which whom Anna shared an especially tight-knit bond; sons, Jim Stipp (Cortnee), John Schaefer (Brittney); brother, Richard Payne Jr. (Susan), Jerry Payne; grandsons, James and Aidan Stipp; granddaughters, Braxtyn, Kinley, Haidyn, and Lauryl Schaefer; nephews, Andy Payne (Tami), Nick Payne (Kora); niece, Amber Payne; 4 great-nephews and 4 great-nieces.She was preceded in death by her grandparents; father, Richard Payne; nephew, Richard Payne III.She will be missed by all. Her services and burial will be held at Strickland Creek Cemetery at a later date.
