Bernice W. (Long) Coffman, 86, of Livingston, Montana, and former Bozeman resident passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at the Diamond K Lodge in Livingston. Cremation has taken place at Franzen-Davis Crematory. A private family remembrance will be held at a later date. Bernice was born on August 23, 1930 in Canada. She was the daughter of Esther Bolke and the late Ernest N. Long. She received her education in Plentywood, MT. On August 16, 1951, Bernice was united in marriage to Kenneth E. Coffman in Richey, MT. They lived in Plentywood before moving to Livingston in 1956. They later moved to Bozeman for several years. Bernice moved back to Livingston in August of this year and lived at the Diamond K Lodge assisted living. While living in Bozeman, she babysat for several families. Bernice enjoyed visiting with her friends and especially enjoyed spending time with her family and great-grandchildren. Bernice is survived by her son, Lynn (Diane) Coffman of Livingston, MT; daughter, Lana Bearden of Missoula, MT; three grandchildren: Beau (Aundrea) Coffman, Krissy (Kent) Mueller and Tara (Jeff) Campbell, four great-grandchildren: Ellis and Clayton Coffman, McKinlee Mueller and Meaghan Campbell. Three brothers: Clayton (Darlene) Long of Glasgow, MT Russell Long of Minot, ND and Dale (Marlene) Long of Great Falls, MT and a sister, Deloris Evenson of Great Falls, MT and numerous nieces and nephews. Bernice is preceded in death by husband, mother and father and her grandson, Nathan Bearden. Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
