Betty A. Russell, 84, of Livingston, Montana passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Livingston Health and Rehabilitation Center in Livingston. Cremation has taken place and a formal service is not planned. Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
