Catherine (Carrigan) Sulages, 76, of Livingston, MT, formerly of Mission Viejo, Chandler, AZ and Chicago, IL. Catherine passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January, 30, 2018 at her home in Livingston. Catherine was born on February 26, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to James and Lefkothea (Dussias) Carrigan. She was raised in Chicago and was a graduate of Parker High School class of 1959. She attended business school at MacCormac College. She married the love of her life John Sulages on June 26th, 1964. They were blessed with three boys, George, Jim and Chris. In 1977 they made the move to southern California to enjoy warmer climate. They resided there until 2011 when they made Chandler, Arizona their new residence. John passed away in 2012 and in 2013 Catherine decided to make a move to Livingston, to be near her son Jim and his family. Catherine was a hardworking, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a lifelong member of the Greek Orthodox Church and served in the Philoptochos for many years. She enjoyed reading, needle point, a lovely cup of tea, and more than anything in the world she savored time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons and their families, George and his wife, Anna of Gilbert, AZ, and their children: Nicholas and Demitri; Jim and his wife, Rebecca of Livingston, MT, and their children: Jacob (Katie) their daughter, Delaney, and Collin; and Chris and his wife, Meagan of Troutdale, OR, and their daughter, Taimane. Brothers, Dino Carrigan and his wife, Kathy and John Carrigan and his wife, Karen, both of Chicago, IL. She is predeceased by her parents, James and Lefkothea Carrigan, and her husband, John. A funeral will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, February, 9th, at Saint Katherines Greek Orthodox Church, with Rev. Fr. Philip S. Armstrong as Celebrant, Presbyter 2716 N. Dobson Rd. Chandler, AZ 85224. Burial will be with her husband at National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ on Monday, February 12th, at 1:00 P.M.
