Charlene (Taylor) Mathis

Charlene Mathis, 83, of Livingston, Montana passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 24th, 2019 at the Livingston HealthCare Hospital. Cremation has taken place and per Charlenes wishes a formal service will not be held.Charlene was born in Clyde Park, Montana on August 7, 1935 to Frank and Thelma Taylor.On March 6, 1952 Charlene was united in marriage to Monte Mathis in Livingston. They made their home here and raised three daughters.Charlene is survived by her husband, Monte of Livingston; daughters, Vicky Cordingly of Bozeman and Debra (John) Franks of Livingston. Grandchildren, Blaine (Kimberly) Taylor, Brenda Taylor, Thomas Relaford, Nick (Kira) Cordingly, and Kimberly Hartman; great-grandchildren, Frances Taylor, Andrew Bergo, Savannah Bergo, Emmet Jones, and Addison Hartman. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Taylor and Thelma Kirby, an infant son; daughter, Mickie King, sister, Faye (Chris) Shore, and brother, Allan Kirby.Charlene, you will be missed, but remembered as a caring and giving person.Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
