A graveside funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M., on Tuesday, December 6th, at Calvary Cemetery Old Clyde Park Road, Livingston Please meet at the cemetery. A reception will follow at the Murry Hotel lobby. A Montanan through and through, Christine was one of five daughters, a mother to four beautiful children, and grandmother of two. Christine graduated from Park County High School, earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll College, and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana. As one of her favorite sayings, "use your head for something beside a hat rack," it is no surprise that she valued higher education and self-broadening. Throughout her life, Christine practiced dental hygiene, taught at the Great Falls College of Technology, and established a career in the hospitality industry. Christine also had a deep love for sports and attributed its beginning to her father, Joe Mariana, a former University of Montana Hall of Famer and high school coach. Her love for the game brought her much joy later in life as a Great Falls High School tennis coach, Director of the Montana Tennis Association, and recreational golf, volleyball, and hockey player. Aside from her affection for friendly competition, Christine had a knack for gardening, and was an avid chef who enjoyed hosting the occasional dinner party. Needless to say, she was the Jack of all Trades. All in all, Christine was a light and love and possessed a contagious enthusiasm that will live on through the memory of her fun-loving spirit and undying optimism. She has gone home now, just in time for Advent. Survivors include her four children and two grandchildren, Benjamin Bliler Bliss, his wife Jenna, and their children, Liana and Willis Bliler of Missoula.
