Dolores Marie Hallett, age 90, of Henderson, NV, and formerly of Livingston, MT, passed away on October 23, 2021. Dolores was born on April 15, 1931, in Kettle Falls, Washington. She was the daughter of William and Mary (Kyllo) Doyle and the youngest of 16 children. Dolores spent most of her early years in the Puyallup, Washington, area, where she had fond memories of picking and eating all of the wild berries. She returned to Kettle Falls during her high school years, graduating Valedictorian of her class. After her marriage to Frank Hallett, they eventually made their way to Montana, residing in Livingston for many years. While in Livingston, they were members of the American Lutheran Church. Dolores enjoyed many hobbies including cro-knitting, ceramics, arts and crafts, and doing her paintings. Fishing and camping were also a big part of her life; she enjoyed her time working for the State of Montana Fish and Wildlife Department on Flathead Lake, near Kalispell. She had a great spirit and sense of humor. She will be missed beyond words by her family. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband of seventy-one years, her parents, ten brothers, five sisters and one son-in-law, Sam Shriver. She will be greatly missed by her three children: Linda Shriver, Lucille (John) Bishop, Frank, Jr. (Melanie) Hallett; grandchildren Kyle (Rosie) Shriver, Chad (Jenny) Bishop, Sarah (Prasad) Ginjupalli, Garrett Hallett, and Robin Hallett; great-grandchildren Gracien, Valiant, and Ethan Shriver and Elin and Oliver Bishop. A graveside blessing will be held on Thursday, November 18 at Mountain View Cemetery in Livingston. Family and friends are invited to gather at Franzen-Davis Funeral Home by 11 a.m. to proceed to the cemetery.
