Donna Thomson

We are deeply saddened to share that on Monday, October 30, 2023, Donna passed away at age 72. She was loved by many and is deeply missed. Donna Lee (Bullock) Thomson was born to Dallas “Ernie” Bullock and Nellie (White) Bullock on September 10, 1951, in Pasco, Washington.

On July 5, 1980, she married Jack Thomson; he was the light of her world. This added, among others, her mother-in-law, Marjorie Thomson who she adored. She thought of Jennifer (Moore) O’Dell as a daughter, and of Joshua O’Donnell, as a son. She cherished everyone in Jack’s family, as well as all of the Bullock family. Donna was the person who always kept track of and held us all together with her kindness and devotion.

She was a generous and loyal friend to many. They have shared with us that they treasured their time spent with her. Donna’s big heart, passionate personality, and sense of humor allowed her to make friends easily.

She delighted in sharing a meal with loved ones. She was a very generous person who kept a tight circle of family and friends. Additionally, she was an avid reader, enjoyed watching rodeos and listening to music. She made beautiful quilts; many of which she gifted to loved ones.

Donna is survived by her mother Nellie Bullock, her husband, Jack Thomson, her brother, Mike Thomas, her daughter, Angel Ward, and her granddaughter Dallas Ward, and their families.

There are currently no services planned. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you give to a charity for either cancer or diabetes. We are grateful to everyone who has given us support during this time. Our world will never be the same.
