Genevieve (Jean) M. Riley, 91, of Livingston, Montana, passed away, June 5, 2015 at Livingston HealthCare Hospital with her family at her side. A memorial service is planned for July. Jean was born on November 19, 1923, in Devils Lake, North Dakota. She was the daughter of John and Caroline (Huber) Schuck. On February 5, 1944, Jean was united in marriage to Lee H. Riley, in Tacoma Washington. This marriage was blessed with three children, Leon (Deborah) Riley, Connie (Tom) Hunsader, and Cathy (Ray) Ziebarth. Jean and Lee resided in Forsyth, where she raised her family, assisted in the family businesses; a drive-in movie theater, and bowling alley. They later moved to Billings then Apache Junction, AZ for retirement. Lee and Jean shared 71 years of marriage, Lee preceding her in death by 10 days. Jeans greatest joy was spending time with family, grandchildren, friends and relatives. She also enjoyed reading, playing cards, a trip to the casino, getting her hair done, eating out, and willingly obliged requests from the grandchildren for potato salad and cheese buttons. Jean is preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, and brother John Schuck of Hawaii. She is survived by her children and their spouses, six grandchildren, 13 great- grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews, her very special sister in-law and brother in-law Virginia and Ed Kuch of Billings. Mom, Dad; we can no longer pick up the phone each day to visit, or stop by the house to see how your day was, but we will cherish each precious memory, funny things youve said, or lessons you have taught us. Be at peace, be together. We love you. Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in Livingston.
