Geraldine Iris "Geri" (Parisi) Stoneman, 82, formerly of Livingston, Montana currently residing in Normandy Park, Washington passed away Friday, February 4th, 2015 at the Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA. Graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 12th, 11:00 A.M. at the Calvary Cemetery. Please meet at Franzen-Davis Funeral Home, 118 North 3rd Street, Livingston, to process to the cemetery, we will depart at 10:50 A.M. A celebration of life reception will be held following the service at the Livingston Elks Lodge 246, 130 S 2nd St, Livingston. Geri was born on April 29th, 1933, in Livingston, Montana. She was the daughter of Marco and Natalina (Indendi) Parisi. She received her education in Livingston attending St. Mary's Parochial School and the North Side School. Geri was a graduate of the Park County High School Class of 1951. She obtained her Bachelor of Science of Nursing from Montana State College in Bozeman in 1955. On November 26, 1958, Geri was united in marriage to John Burroughs Stoneman, at Burien courthouse in Burien, WA. This marriage was blessed with 2 children, John and Mark. Geri resided in Normandy Park during her 52 years of marriage to Jack. Geri worked as a registered nurse after college, which is where she first met Jack, on a medivac flight from Port Angeles to Seattle. Jack and Geri enjoyed many outdoor activities with friends and family and she especially loved returning home to Livingston. After several years working as a registered nurse, Geri decided to become a businesswoman first operating a macram and yarn store and then subsequently becoming a well-respected antique dealer in the South Seattle area. Geri enjoyed her role as'2nd mom' to many of John and Mark's friends in high school and beyond. People always knew they could come to Geri for help or support in times of need. That's how she will always be remembered. Blessed be her memory. Geri is survived by her: Son, John Stoneman of Lake Tapps, WA. Son, Mark Stoneman of Livingston, MT. Sister, Manuella Roberts of Livingston and Brother, Marco Parisi and his wife, Dorothy of Livingston. Many other relatives and friends. Geri is preceded in death by her Parents, Marco and Natalina Parisi, Siblings, Tony, Evelyn, Carolyn, Virginia, Jenny, John, Martin and Adeline.
