Hildegard Hildi (Weller) Rodde

Hildegard "Hildi" Rodde, 86, of Livingston, Montana passed away, Sunday morning, August 22th, 2016 at the Livingston HealthCare Hospital. Cremation has taken place and a formal funeral is not planned. Hildi was born in Herrlingen, Ulm, Germany on August 27th, 1929 to Wilhelm and Maria (Lehr) Weller. She worked for 25 years as a shoe clerk in Herrlingen. She immigrated to the United States in 1964, coming to Columbus, MT, she lived there for about ten years and in the mid 1980s she moved to Livingston. On October 22, 1974 she was united in marriage to Ben Rodde in Red Lodge, Montana. Ben passed away in 1997. Hildi enjoyed knitting, crocheting, long walks and was truly in love with Montana. She is survived by two nieces in Germany and many dear friends here in Livingston. Arrangements are pending under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in Livingston.
