James L. "Jim" Phipps, 89, of Emigrant, Montana, died, Tuesday, December 1st, 2015 at his home. A Church Universal and Triumphant Transition Service will be held 1:00 P.M., on Friday, December 4th, at the Franzen-Davis Funeral Home (118 N 3rd Street, Livingston).
