Jane Ann Morris

Jane Ann Morris (Welling) passed away on October 22, 2023, with her son Frank Jr. and family friend, Nancy Graham, by her side. She endured a long, courageous battle with COPD.

Jane Ann was born on July 7, 1949, to Chester and Eunice Welling who preceded her in death, as well as her older brother John Joseph Burke. She attended St. Mary’s and Park County High School. She married Frank Morris and gave birth to Frank Jr. (Van). She held several jobs during her career, which she did with deep loyalty and honesty.

Jane Ann is survived by her son Van Morris, her grandson Russel Morris (Liz), great granddaughter Ella and granddaughter Hillary, niece Michela Tempesta and nephew John Robert Burke (Joelle), great nieces Taylor and Alexia, great great nieces Kayden and Jade, and great great nephews Zayden and Xavier. Jane Ann had many close friends whom she treasured dearly.

Her family is grateful to Hospice for her recent care. Her wishes were to have her ashes spread at her Mother and Father’s gravesite. There will not be a formal service.
