June 29, 1997 — March 21, 2021

Son, brother, uncle, and friend, Jason Tyler Cushing, 23, of Livingston, Montana, passed away March 21, 2021. He was a victim of a violent crime.Jason was born to Todd K. Cushing and Crystal G. Cushing on June 29, 1997, in Salt Lake City Utah, along with his twin sister, both joining an older brother.Jason grew up in Lyman, Wyoming. As a child, he loved playing with and taking apart his toy trucks, so it was no surprise that he would grow up to be a mechanic and doing what he loved.Jason also loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting with his Dad and brother, and spending time with family. He loved anything to do with Chevy trucks, hanging out with friends, and enjoyed building model trucks.Jason went to school in Lyman, and graduated in Anaconda, Montana, where he also obtained a class B CDL. He made many friends and decided to make Montana his home. His friend Seth helped him get a job at his father's auto dealership, Good Time Sports, allowing Jason to gain the experience which led to his job at Yellowstone Country Motors in Livingston. Jason made Livingston his home, and met his second family and a great group of people who took him under their wings and helped Jason soar. Through his job, he continued his education and acquired several certifications that allowed him to advance in his career.Jason made friends with everyone he met. He had a magnetic personality that no one could resist and was truly loved by everyone who knew him. Jason worked hard, and played hard; his laugh was contagious, his smile lit up the room, he loved a good joke, and would do anything for a laugh. Jason made a lasting impression on everyone he met, and will be missed by all.Jason is survived by his father, Todd (Sharyl) Pahrump NV; mother, Crystal (Chris Kowalski) Cushing, Bethpage, NY; brother Stephen (Becky), Mountain View, WY; sister Amber, Levittown, NY; step-brothers and sisters, Kris, Amy, Paul, Kristy, Tristan, Kirsten, and Brandon; nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Josh, Dallan, and Kaycee Cushing; grandparents Kay and Donna Cushing, Carol McGee; and special friends Seth Nelson and Desi Hollo.
