Jean (Rambough) Verhaeghe, age 98, of Concord, California, formerly of Livingston, Montana passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 28, 2019. A memorial is planned for 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 12, to be held at the Franzen-Davis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Park View Memorial Gardens. Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
