Jesse David White, 35 of Livingston, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on April 7, near Livingston. A private gathering of friends and family will take place to remember Jesse. Jesse was born on August 17, 1979 in Johnson City, TN, the oldest child of Warren and Alice (Wilson) White. The family would later be joined by 2 sisters, Kendra and Tara. The family moved to Livingston, MT where he grew up. Jesse graduated from Park High School in 1999. Following high school, he worked various jobs in the area as he tried to figure out "what he wanted to be when he grew up". In 2007, Jesse made the decision to join the United States Army. He went to basic training in Fort Benning, Georgia and later became a member of the 82nd Airborne and proudly served two tours of duty in Iraq. Following 4 years of service to his country, he was honorably discharged in 2011. With the help of the G.I. Bill, Jesse went on to attend Montana State University in Bozeman where he was pursuing a degree in Geology at the time of his passing. Anyone that knew Jesse would say he was a loyal friend. He supported his friends and appreciated their support in return. He was a loving uncle to his niece and nephew and was a gentle natured man. He will be missed by many. Those left behind to remember Jesse include his mother, Alice White of Livingston; sisters, Tara and Jeff Siekert of Hayden, ID; and Kendra and Kent Bettelyoun and niece and nephew Alice and Kyler of The Dalles, OR. He was preceded in death by his father Warren White. Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
