Judy Roy, 62, of Livingston Montana passed away at home unexpectedly on March 25, 2021. Judy was born in Livingston, the 4th child of Donald and Joyce (McCormack) Juhnke. Judy spent most of her life in Livingston, graduating from Park High School. Judy married Ivan Lee Roy, Jr and had 2 daughters, Sonya and Sunny. Judy met Steve in the early 1980s. She gained a stepdaughter, Jennifer, and granddaughter, Morgan. They married and remained together until he passed in 2017. Judy had many jobs, with the most rewarding as Animal Control/Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Livingston. During her 15 years in this role, she made many lasting friendships with coworkers and community members. She enjoyed crafting, journaling, photography and anything with her granddaughter, Isabella. Her family was very important to her. Spending time winning at cards, laughing and playing jokes on people are some of our best memories.Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Joyce (McCormack) Juhnke; husband Steve Himmelspach, Sr.; and brother-in-law, John Kraft.Judy is survived by her two daughters, Sonya (Britton) Schwarzter (Isabella), and Sunny Roy; brothers David (Gail) Juhnke, Livingston, MT, and Matthew Jay (Treva) Juhnke, Livingston, MT; sisters, Donna Kraft of Livingston, MT, and Maureen (Michael) Schnobrich St. Anthony, ID; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Judy will be missed by many, but never forgotten!Judy's wishes were for an informal Celebration of Life, so please stop by the Civic Center to share a story and have some refreshments on Thursday, April 01, 2021, from 11am-2pm.The family wishes to thank the Livingston HealthCare family for taking care of Judy and her daughters through this.
