Kester Clyde "Casey" Romans, age 63 of Livingston, recently passed away this late August in the company and love of his family. Casey was born in the cold of January 11th, 1957 and brought warmth and joy to his parents, Clyde and Carmel Romans. He grew up nestled in the mountains up Mill Creek with his siblings Clara, Mary, and Tommy, who formed the foundation of his current and future family.
