Margery Helen (Barrow) Noe, 92, of Livingston, Montana, passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 at Livingston HealthCare. Cremation has taken place at Franzen-Davis Crematory. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held, 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 6th, at the Clyde Park Cemetery with Pastor Duane Huie officiating. Veterans honors will be provided by the Park Post #23 American Legion and active Duty Navy Honors Guard. A reception will follow the graveside service. Memorials are preferred to: Stafford Animal Shelter, 3 Business Park Rd, Livingston, MT 59047. Margery was born on January 19th, 1924 in Miles City, Montana. She was the daughter of Chester and Pearl (Coulson) Barrow. She received her education in Clyde Park and was a graduate of the Clyde Park High School class of 1942. Margery entered active military service in the United States Navy on January 19, 1944, and served her country during World War II in New York City. She received an Honorable Discharge on May 3, 1945. On July 27, 1945 Margery Helen Barrow was united in marriage to Edward A. Noe. This marriage was blessed with three children, Larry, Jerry, and Judy. Margery and Ed raised their family in Clyde Park until 1956. She and Ed moved to Livingston in 1956, where she worked as a cook and raised her family. Edward and Margery enjoyed their marriage together for fifty years. Margery enjoyed crocheting, fishing, playing cards, and spending time with her Boston Bulldogs. Margerys greatest joy in her life were her grandchildren. She was the light in their eyes as they were in hers. She was known as "Grandma Great" rather than grandma by her great grandchildren. Margery is survived by her son, Larry E. Noe and his wife, Marcia of Livingston; son, Jerry Noe and his wife, Laurie of Grand Junction, CO; daughter, Judy Rogers and her husband, Mark of Choteau, MT. Her grandchildren, Randal and Rodney Noe, Todd Noe, Tammie Doyle, Laura Stern, and Levi Carrier and numerous great-grandchildren. Nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Margery is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Pearl Barrow, sister, Evelyn Barrow, brother, Clifford Barrow, and husband, Edward of fifty years. Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
