Nathan Edward Foltz, 34, of Livingston, Montana, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 at the Livingston HealthCare Hospital with his mother at his side. Cremation has taken place at Franzen-Davis Crematory. A celebration of Nathans life will be held in July. A notice will appear at that time. Memorials to honor Nathan can be sent to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or NAMI. Nathan was born on February, 1981, in Livingston, Montana. He was the son of Edward and Carole (Scimemi) Foltz. He was raised in Gardiner and was a graduate of the Gardiner High School Class of 1999. Nathan loved fishing with his friends. He also enjoyed rock hunting, shooting pool, playing basketball and watching football and baseball. He loved camping in the mountains and hiking in Yellowstone Park and the Big Horn Mountains. He enjoyed music and was musical himself, playing the guitar, banjo and mandolin. He loved jamming with his friends. His gentle soul will be sadly missed. Blessed be his memory. Nathan is survived by his: Mother, Carole Scimemi of Bozeman. Maternal Grandparents, Louise and Frank Scimemi. Paternal Aunts, Madelon Kuchera and Mary Beth Keiger. Paternal Uncle, Peter Foltz. Maternal Aunts, Priscilla Peters-Stone and Kathy Blair Nathan is also survived by his cousins and numerous friends. Nathan is preceded in death by his Father, Edward Foltz, Paternal Grandparents, Don and Luci Foltz, Paternal Uncles Jim and Bill Foltz and Maternal Uncle David Scimemi. God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be. So he wrapped his arms around you, and whispered "come to me". You didnt deserve what you went through, so he gave you rest. Gods garden must be beautiful, he only takes the best. And when I saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain. I could not wish you back, to suffer that again. Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
