Norma (Knapp) Dyke, 80, of Livingston, Montana passed away on her birthday, Tuesday, March 21st, 2017 at the Livingston HealthCare Hospital. A private scattering of her cremated remains will be held at a place very dear to Norma. Norma was born on March 21st, 1937 to Ernest and Gladys (Camley) Knapp in Stowe, Vermont. Norma lived life on her terms. She was a true giver and care provider all of her life. She worked for several families in the area, most notably the McGuane family who took special care of her in her retirement. Every Christmas she brought her rum cakes over to the police and fire hall as special thanks for their service. She always did more than was needed. She will be missed dearly by her husband, L.D. Burger, son, Sonny Dyke and his wife Coral, four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, sisters, Elaine Smith and her friend, Bernie Lebiecki and Velma Jean Bourdeau and her husband Andre, and a sister-in-law, Charla Knapp. She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Harold Dyke, sisters, Fern Titus and Edna Bradford and brothers, Munn and Bernard Knapp. Arrangements are under the care of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in Livingston.
