Robert "Bob" Lee Jockers died Friday April 22 at his home in Livingston, MT with his wife, Gail, by his side. Bob was born in Roanoke, Virginia on March 5, 1935 to Hermann and Ollie (Lee) Jockers. He graduated from Montana State University in 1960 and later moved to New York where he spent sixteen years in the publishing business. Bob returned to Montana in 1985 where he was self-employed as a business owner, contractor, and maker of fine custom furniture until retiring in 2010. Bob and Gail (ne Perrault) were married in 1964 and have two children Matthew Lee (wife, Angela and children Matthew and Audrey) of Lincoln, NE and Jennifer Jockers Koontz (husband, Kelly and children Carrson, Mason, and Treston) of Centerton, AR. Bob will be especially missed by his immediate family and by the families of his brother, Lee, and sister-in-law, Nancy of Billings, MT, his brother- and sister-in-law Michael and Pilar Perrault of Forest Grove, OR, and by Bob and Gails "little brother" Scott Drye of El Paso TX. In accordance with Bobs wishes, a funeral service will not be held.
