November 10, 1948 – August 20, 2023

It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of long time Livingston resident Sandy Olson.  She moved from Lake County, California in 1997 and fell in love with Montana and all it offered.

Sandy was a spicy, fun-loving soul and was known affectionately as “a flower girl from the 60’s” by her friends at Frontier Assisted Living, which was a perfect description of her.  She was a hippy at heart and loved music almost as much as her family.

Sandy was the second oldest of eight siblings and one of only 2 girls. She loved having family and friends around and the chaos that came with it. Sandy touched many lives and those who knew her loved her and will miss her.

She will be joining two of her brothers, Dennis and John Olson, along with their parents in heaven.

She leaves behind her siblings Mike, Don, Steve, Tim (Denise) and Cindy Olson.

Her daughters Shelley (Robert) Wells, and Shannan (Jason) Mascari.

Her grandchildren John (Samantha) and Matthew (Jaymie) Wells, Clarence, Lance, and Vivian Mascari and her great grandson Jaxon.

A private Celebration of Life will be held in her honor in the coming weeks.
